3. I would like to tell my friends about this website, how can I send the link to them?

We have a link to Facebook on our site, and you can also send them the link by clicking on the Tell a Friend button.

4. Who is allowed to buy a ticket and how old do I have to be to play?

All competitions are available to people living in the UK.  All holiday departures are from the UK.  Please read more on our Terms & Condition's page.  You have to be over eighteen years of age to play.

5. Can I buy more than one ticket?

You may buy as many tickets as you like, there is no restriction.

6. How do I know the price of each ticket?

The price per ticket is displayed on each competition page.

7. When will the competition end?

Each competition has a limited number of tickets, as displayed on the countdown timer.  The competition will end after all tickets are sold or the competition is closed by Dream Extreme.  Please read more on the Terms and Conditions page.

8. How will I know if the competition has closed?

Once the competition has closed the status will update in your My Account folder.  The status will change from Active to Closed.

9. How will I know if the draw has taken place?

Once the status changes from Active to Closed in your "My Account " My Tickets" The winner will be drawn and informed by email within 14 working days thereafter.

10. How is the winning ticket selected?

Prior to the start of the competition our independent adjudicators will predetermine where the centre of the ball is on the ‘Spot the Ball’ picture.  All entrants select a point on the "Spot The Ball "image with specific co-ordinates where they believe the centre of the ball to be. The co-ordinates that are the same or fall closest to that of the adjudicators , determines who the winner is.

11. How will I know if I have won?

The winner will be notified by e-mail and will receive a notification on their account page. The winner will also be listed on the Latest Winners page.

12. Will the winner be made public?

The winner’s name will be posted on our Latest Winners page.

13. What happens once I have won?

The winner will be notified by e-mail and will receive a notification on their account page.  The winner will also be listed on the Winners page.  You will be given the contact details for the relevant tour operator who will finalise your travel arrangements.  Dream Extreme are not the tour operators and use independent tour operators to manage all travel arrangements.

14. What is the time period for me to use a winning ticket?

Each competition prize will have a different expiry date, depending on the destination and experience.  The specifics will be outlined in the confirmation details once you have entered.

15. Can I buy a ticket for someone else?

Yes, we have Gift Vouchers and Gift Tickets available to make this possible.

16. Can I cash in my prize?

All holidays are prepaid and non-refundable, so no cashing in possible.

17. How will I get my tickets?

Once the competition has closed and you are chosen as the winner, you will have 21 days to get in touch with the relevant tour operator. From this point on you will liaise directly with the operator for all details and to secure your tickets.

18. What is included in the prize?

When buying your tickets all the relevant details pertaining to what’s included and what’s not included will be displayed on the relevant competition page.

19. Can I extend the holiday package I have won?

It may be possible to extend your package at your own cost, however this can only be arranged with the relevant tour operator.  Dream Extreme will not participate in any changes made to the prize won.

20. What if I want to change my travel companion?

Changes might not be possible once a booking has been finalised.  Dream Extreme are not able to influence this decision as the operators have their individual terms and conditions.

21. Can I withdraw funds from my Dream Extreme account?

As long as you have a minimum of £10.00 in your account you can withdraw the funds.  In "My Account" there is a Remove Funds" option, complete the details and your refund will be processed within 2 -3 working days.

22. Passport, visa and vaccination requirements?

Before entering any competition it is important to ensure you have a valid passport. The winner is responsible for arranging any visa requirements to the destination won.  Dream Extreme cannot assist in visa applications.  Please follow the link to the Foreign & Commonwealth office website for visa requirements to other countries.

The Tour Operator will be able to advise as to which vaccinations are required for a particular destination, or they will be able to put you in touch with another company that has the relevant information.

23. What must I check regarding my passport?

The winner must ensure that their passport is valid for a minimum of six months or more from the date of departure, and have up to 3 blank pages. The Tour Operator will be able to assist you in this matter.  Please follow the link to the Foreign & Commonwealth office website for visa requirements to other countries.

24. Where are tickets sold?

All our tickets are sold online and only on our website.

25. What travel insurance do I need?

Dream Extreme advises all winners to take out the relevant travel insurance for the destination won.  Your travel agent should assist you in this matter. 

26. How much spending money do I need?

The tour operator will confirm what is included in the prize package .We strongly advise all winners to confirm with the tour operator what ,if any , other expenses they may incur .

27. What if I have special needs requirements?

All special needs requirements will have to be made clear to the tour operator at the time of booking to ensure those needs are met.  Dream Extreme will not be held responsible should the holiday won not be suitable for certain disabilities, but are willing to consider a suitable alternative holiday up to the predetermined value of the holiday/competition entered.

28. Flight transfers and collections?

Where possible, and in most cases, flight transfers and collections at the destination are pre-arranged as part of the prize package.  The tour operator will confirm all details at the time of booking.

29. Can I buy the holiday/competition equivalent from the competition prize provider?

Should you wish to purchase a holiday that is offered as a prize on the Dream Extreme Website, please contact us at customerservices@dream-extreme.co.uk  where we can give you the necessary information.

30. How much am I charged to use my credit card to enter a competition or top up my credit?

The price of the ticket includes VAT and the payment fees.  Dream Extreme will not add any transaction fees to the ticket price.  Any charges levied by the customer's bank are the sole responsibility of the customer.

31. How will I know when the next competition starts?

The link for the Next Competition will be displayed at the bottom of the current competition page. Follow this link to view the Next Competition and click the “notify me” box.

35. Can I buy tickets from outside the UK?

Dream Extreme competition experiences are currently only available to people living in the UK.  All holiday departures are from the UK. Please read more on our Terms & Condition’s page.

36. Can I transfer my prize to somebody else?

Once the booking has been finalised with our travel partner, no name changes will be permitted.
